Technical Sales Executive, Contractors East
Our client, Sika, is a global active specialty chemical company with more than 120 production sites and marketing subsidiaries in 74 countries. The global integrated company supplies specialty chemicals and application knowledge to the building and construction industries as well as manufacturing industries (automotive, bus, truck, rail, alternative energies, building components).
Sika Thailand was established in 1989 known as the largest and the first construction chemical company in Thailand. The company employs about 150 employees and manufactures a full range of construction chemicals dividing to be 4 Business Units like Concrete, Contractor, Industry and Distribution.
Plan and develop sales tactics to achieve individual sales target and teams goals
Evaluate market situation and identify potential prospects for business growth
Strengthen relationship with existing customers and establish relationship with newly acquired customers
Exercise on-site visit and provide consult and support to customers on a regular basis
Respond to customers inquiries and/or resolve their problems concerning both commercial and technical areas in promptly manner
Manage progress report and coordinate with internal to ensure smooth operation and quality in delivery to customers
Location: Eastern Thailand
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in construction materials or chemicals
• Experience in driving sales target through projects/ Japanese contractors will be an advantage
• Good communication skills with mature personality
• Self-Motivated and able to work independently
• Well organized, quick response and professional
• Ability to work under pressure
