หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform daily check Infrastructure and Data Center for systems availability, backups completeness, check and resolve the alarms from infrastructure devices and escalate to Head of IT in a timely manner to meet within SLA
• Perform incident and problem analysis and provide support for any activities in which related to security
• Manage and control incident/ service request to meet within SLA
• Ensure that system patch are updated servers
• Troubleshoot problems and questions encountered by Users. This includes escalate to regional support teams if required and follow up until incident has been resolved
• Manage and configuration network switch L1, L2, or L3 or router configuration
• Manage WIFI account permission and support request of guest’s WIFI account
• Monitoring network traffic and report to IT management
• Cooperate with 3rd parties to resolve the network and infrastructure problems
• Recovery data for support end users as requested
• Prepare and create permission for access the server system.
• Manage and control or roll out new software release for all clients to ensure is frees of the virus in system
• Study and find the new technology to implement to ensure that secure environment
• Keep logging, analyze of log to ensure that no security breach and align with government regulation
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party for create and grant permission of Domain account.
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party for control and improve software antivirus
• Perform prepare and create permission for VPN account.
• Design and develop main page of VPN system
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party for control the proxy and web filtering
• Monitoring to detect anomalies, manage security operation to identify risks / improvement opportunity
• Comply all IT regulations & policies
• Create and update for proper documentation such as SOP, WI, monthly report, inventory report
• Perform the infrastructure activities related to problem management and change management as standard processes of IT operation.
• Work as the backup team in case of End User Support resources shortage or need support for special projects
• Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male, Female 25-35 years of age
• Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Sciences or any related fields
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT Security, or any related fields
• ITIL knowledge is preferable
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator and able to work efficiently under pressure.
