หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Provide TI&TD; (Trade Investment and Trade Discount) spending reports to line manager in every month.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing to do TI&TD; budget and reforecast.
- Manage and coordinate with Accounting Team for month-ended closing of TI&TD;.
- Check and process invoices from 3rd parties (~10 invoices per month) and SE from DKSH (~30 SE per month)
- Sort and summarize TD on-invoice and FOC data for supporting DKSH
- Ensure TD on-invoice is in line with price structure (price waterfall)
- Classify, check and process requests-for-cheque to DKSH (~120 RFC per month)
- Tracking TI&TD; spending of special promotion and support line manager on Quarterly Review with Commercial Team.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related financial fields
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance related works in multinational company is a plus
- Experience in financial analysis or management accounting and familiar with accounting process are preferred.
- Good computer literacy especially on advanced Excel.
- Fair command of written and spoken English
