หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assists the General Manager in implementing sales strategies and action plans to generate villa revenues.

• Actively solicits key accounts in the greater Bangkok area to generate direct sales.

• Promotes the property through active involvement in industry associations and trade shows.

• Promotes corporate and affiliate programs to increase customer awareness of the property.

• Identifies new business development opportunities and communicates to the General Manager.

• Provides feedback on the partner perception of the property in order to improve customer satisfaction and property production.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a hotel/resort Sales Manager
• Extensive computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of a Sales and Marketing CRM system such as Sales Force preferred.
• Good communication of written and spoken English skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Current driver’s license with own car preferred.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
