▶ Project Leader in new plant pilot project.
▶ Lead in customer project.
▶ Window person to R&D Thailand coordinating engineering projects.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

▶ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or related fields.
▶ Professional experience in project management and relevant tools at least 6 years.
▶ Good knowledge in automotive component.
▶ Direct customer experience, preferably in automotive field.
▶ Fluent in English and Thai.
▶ Japanese/German/Chinese proficiency are an advantage.
▶ Confident in leading a people and discussions.
▶ Positive attitude and willingness to work in a multi-national team and cross-functional functions.
▶ Ability to take initiative and follow up actions.
▶ Lead task force and solve problems.
▶ Ability to negotiate with multiple parties (customer, suppliers, etc.).
▶ Ability to break down and explain complex topics.
▶ Good communication and cooperation skills.
▶ Assertiveness and readiness for action.
▶ Ability to work under pressure.
▶ Good presentation skills.
