หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for execution and tracking of a variety of Local Store Marketing initiatives such as Give Back Nights, and events with local community.
Strong communication with Management and staff about current LSM & in store promotional events.
Able to assist with all types of inside and outside events. For example: Taste events.
Attend meetings with Management to review status of LSM efforts & plan future LSM activities.
Reach out to members of the community through phone calls & visits, to prepare marketing plan.
supporting their Marketing VP by providing assistance with local store marketing tasks
Builds relationship in the community and communication with their store in regards to the store’s marketing activities.
Work closely with Store Management & the Field Marketing Coordinator, as a key contact for the store to help build local connections in-store and in the neighborhood through marketing programs and community building activities
Collect regional needs on both commercial and communications, marketing needs
Develop the yearly local marketing plan and revise quarterly and on demand on the basis of business needs.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing (Masters or MBA a plus)
Good team player
5+ years of experience in Marketing field, Market Research and/or Customer Analytics in food industry or (FMCG) marketing experience preferred
Proven analytical skills and statistical and modeling competencies
Good command of English
Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
