หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Health check all of the services that running on Unix/Linux system, including database (Oracle , Mysql)
List of all the issues and coordinating with Level2Support
Patch update service on staging and testing of the bug and corresponding impact modules
Regression testing of all services regularly(monthly)
Managing client communication in case of major issues
Daily report to client on open issues and open CRs along with the status in predefined format
Coordinating with Business and Tech teams for new Change Requests
Provide consulting to serve the customer need.
Track problems found during installation / configuration activities

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
Bachelor in Computer Science , Computer Engineer or related field
Experience in Unix/Linux cmd Shell script programming
Basic knowledge in SQL command
Strong analytical skills, Trouble shooting skills
Good command of English both written and spoken
