Job Requirements:
The Foreign Exchange Operations Manager are responsible for the processing of all international payments made by Dollarsmart Global’s international clients. This includes:
• Ensuring all payments are made on time globally.
• Managing ongoing relationship with all banking and other payment partners.
• Manage Service Level’s and improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and/or control to meet established Service Level Standards and Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
• Manage all DSG liquidity and ensuring liquidity is in right location at right time to make payments.
• Ensure new customers re onboarded in a timely manner.
• Work with Compliance team to make sure all regulatory reporting is completed on time.
• The FX Settlements Manager is responsible for leading and effective management of a team of operations staff.
• Collaborate with other managers to drive through strategic change to continue to grow Dollarsmart’s Global franchise.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Considerable knowledge of Foreign Exchange operational functions, systems, policies and procedures
• Ability to speak, read and write Fluent English and Thai.
• In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations governing International Products
• Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Exceptional customer orientation and ability to balance the needs of clients and team members Process improvement or re-design certifications/experience
• Solid background in handling complex transactions with ability to identify customer solutions
• Impeccable analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Remote Management experience with the ability to lead and drive employee development and engagement, identify and retain top talent
