- Responsible for checking in / out guests
- Keeps a record of room availability and guests' accounts using computers
- Transmits and services messages, using telephones or telephone switchboards
- Records guest comments or complains, referring customers to managers as necessary
- Makes and confirms reservations
- Performs any other duties as required by the Front Office or Management
