หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Working closely with sales to provide quality customer care
Interacting with RD Team and Regulatory/Quality to investigate/resolve customer issues
Installing all division equipment
Performing preventative maintenance and inventory of all equipment at responsible sites
Coordinating pre-implementation meetings with new accounts
Assisting and supporting customers with validations and revalidations
Providing advanced training to customers when required
Performing site survey and work flow analysis at customer sites
Educating customers on new assays available
Learning and assessing customers’ needs to offer suggestions to grow business with addition of various added assays in patient population samples and/or donor testing samples
Reviewing and commenting on marketing materials
Handling marketing projects and sales in assigned accounts

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or related science field
1+ years of molecular biology experience
Previous experience in a marketing and technical supportive role
Ability to travel (80-90%)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to function well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
