หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to Vice President of HR at plant
• Be accountable in full spectrum in HR & Government Affair function
• Deployment of HR strategy at plant.
• Propose the method of HR development system and HR management plan for effective operation.
• Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions.
• Manage organization structure, Manpower Planning, recruitment activity,
• Handles employee relations complaints and problems.
• Organize employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits and employee promotion. to meet the responsibilities and performance of employee for effective implementation and compliance with the defined policies
• Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
• Updates production management on the plant workforce.
• Manages and evaluates production safety program for compliance and effectiveness.

• Age 45 years up
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management & Development or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in HR generalist experiences and 5 – 10 years in HR management level with full spectrum of HR&GA; functions.
• Good command in English (Spoken, read, written)
• Strong interpersonal skill and mature
• Good Leadership and be able to work under pressure.
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Good knowledge in Thai Labor laws.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Base in Samut Sakorn Plant & be able to travel to BKK occasionally.
