หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Analyze and propose solution to serve operation needs / enhancement for the site
2. Prepare system change request and coordinate for implementation
3. Liaise with operation and customer& IT counterpart
4. Produce reports & presentation materials related to system for the business as required
5. Coordinate with customer / application provider / suppliers (HW, Infrastructure) to ensure that all outstanding problems are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
6. Inventory control and documentation of all computer hardware & software at the sites
7. Ensure system continuity and backup procedure
