หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Job Purpose:
To provide efficient administrative support to the Marketing department.

2. Main Responsibilities:
1. Execute and follow up marketing programs according to Marketing Master Plan.
2. Coordinate with creative agency in terms of briefing, design and artwork of advertisement and collateral materials.
3. Coordinate with production suppliers to finish all marketing materials and deliver to all stores.
4. Coordinate with media agency and execute detail for any communication activity programmes.
5. Coordinate with related departments and stores for all marketing programmes.
6. Summarise weekly sales and promotion report for weekly meetings.
7. Prepare monthly marketing programme presentation for manager meeting.
8. Help develop on new product and taste test research.
9. Summarise marketing expenses under monthly and annual budget.
10. Coordinate with marketing partner for co-promotion programmes.
11. Coordinate with department stores for any local store marketing programmes.
12. Update weekly and monthly competitive activities

Other Duties:
1. Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.
2. Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
3. Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG and Swensen’s.
4. Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
5. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
6. Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.
7. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
