หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

*Suphanburi based

Support Siam City Concrete management team to manage HSE by implementing HSE requirements for SCCO including safe work procedure, emergency plans, Occupational Health & Safety master plan, information and training, management of contractors, alignment with ISO requirements (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).

• Implement safety system by SCCC regulations, laws compliance and all standard systems as ISO14000 and TIS/OHSAS18000 concerns to SCCO group.

• Implement INSEE Fatality Prevention Elements.

• Provide Occupational Health and Safety Training and keep record training data.

• Perform Occupational Health and Safety Inspections and Audits as master plan.

• Update, follow up and keep incident report and all concerned OH&S reports.

• Co-ordinate Workplace Environment Monitoring and keep OH&S recording.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor Degree of Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Health and Safety management experience in construction or manufacturing industry.
• Solid Knowledge on health, Safety, Environment Management, Labor Laws, Accident / Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skill
• Good Analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel to all RMX plants and accident scene every week.
• Be available 24-hour on call for emergency case and serious accident for incident investigation and analysis
• Ability to communicate in English both spoken and written (TOEIC score >550)
