PURPOSE OF ROLE : • To supervise technician staff on all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Ensure that all standards of customer satisfaction are met or exceeded. Plan preventive maintenance (PM) of M&E plant, fabric finishes and specialist contractors. Supervision M&E staff and special contractors. Monthly management report to cover work completed, planned work, budget forecasts. Correct and efficient operation of plant. Energy management.

Qualifications:

  • This position requires an associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, HVAC technology, or an equivalent combination or technical education and experience.
  
  
  • Experience consistsof six year of facility maintenance including two years at the supervisory level, with a proven technical problem-solving abilities and training skills.
  
  
  • This individual must have a working knowledge of OSHA standards and practices and demonstrate strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employee, clients and management.
