-Booking Reconfirmations for strategic clients
-Support internal Operations departments to implement procedures, while improving effectiveness and productivity attending business needs
-Hotel Support: general incident management and assistance to our suppliers with SupplierWebSite re-setting of passwords, reservation enquiries, virtual credit cards, no-shows, cancellation fees renegotiation
-Client Support: attending general queries raised by the clients pre-arrival, on spot and post-service potential complaints.
-Operational Service Center: assist with contract loading and contents display.
