หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Description :-
• Prepare invoices/tax invoices and arrange billing process for customer within due
• To perform accounts receivable invoices, collections and day to day transactions processing and ensuring delivery quality
• in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis
• Report Overdue invoices initiate the dunning process and generate reminders for overdue accounts
• Follow up payment with customer including deposit cheque/cash to bank
• Prepare receipt and receipt vouchers
• Responsible for output vat and AR card reconciliation
• Prepare Withholding tax ,output vat report and other AR related documents
• Resolve collection problems by coordinate and follow up with related department

Qualifications:-
• Male /Female age between 25-30 years
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Thai nationality
• fair command of English
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Good interpersonal ,Active and Fast Response
• Experience 3-5 years in retail Business would be an advantage
• Experience in e-Business plus software would be an advantage.
