Operation Coordinator
(JP Virtual Solutions Co., Ltd)

JP Virtual Solutions has grown significantly since its creation 10 years ago. Formally known as JP Computer Services, a series of mergers and acquisitions in early 2002 resulted in the new entity: JP Virtual Solutions

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate between English speaking management, internal Thai speaking technical staff and clients
•Ensuring that the technician has all relevant information, documentation and facilities
•Prepare all necessary documents, spreadsheets and reports for Managing Director, Technicians and customers
•Responsible for meeting appointments, schedule and arrangements for Managing Director and technicians
•Meeting agenda preparation and minute taking for client meetings
•Dealing with 3rd party service providers of office and building facilities and services
•Must be proficient in research and evaluation in the company.
•Basic Computer/ IT/ Network knowledge
•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT or related field
•1-2 years experiences in administrating and supporting in IT services company. New graduate also welcome.
•Good command of English and Thai
•Good troubleshooting skills
•Possess high communication skills
•Good personality
