- Manage service support compliance
- Maintain service requests in a tool or excel sheet and provide monthly service support report.
- Technical skills (Windows server and client OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, Networking (LAN, Wireless),
- Excellent technical issue analysis and resolution capability
- Apple device (iPad, iPhone, MacBook) support level knowledge
- Should interact with senior business users to resolve reported issues and resolve it.
