หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

AP Accountant:

Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
Data enter invoices for payment
Process backup reports after data entry
Manage the weekly cheque run
Prepare vendor cheques for mailing
Maintain listing of accounts payable
Maintain the general ledger
Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
Print and distribute monthly financial reports
Withholding Tax summit - Prepare Withholding Tax report
Bank reconcile and AP aging report
Liaises with bankers and headquarters
Petty cash control
Other tasks as assigned

AR Accountant:

Responsible to follow up and arrange the billing to collect payments with customers.
Perform account reconciliations for both Wholesales and Consignment sales against sales order and customer’s data, and post billing into system for Sales recognition
Record receives payment against bank statement.
Update weekly account receivable and ageing report and weekly sales report and gross profit.
Prepare VAT report, Input and Output recheck with the system and submit to Revenue Department within timeline.
Preparing data for month-end closing.
Coordinate with cross functional departments on accounting issue, if there is
