• Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external clients
• Responsible for answering calls from users, assisting them with incidents/problems, entering incidents/problems into service desk system, and escalating critical issues.
• Logging and tracking requests for assistance including PC problems and application issues.
• Diagnose, evaluate, and prioritize requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, application software, operating systems, networking, and other computer-related issues.
• Escalating complex problems with software, hardware, and LAN/WAN networking to next level support for problem resolution.
• Research, resolve, and follow-up on routine user problems.

• Male, age not over 32 / Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering, Information Systems or IT related fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in IT/Engineering Technical support or Customer Service field.
• Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Windows operating system, and MS Office
• Experience with Remote Applications and Tools such as VNC, PC anywhere, Windows Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH will be benefit.
• Good Troubleshooting skills.
• Customer Service mind.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
