• Development of recruitment strategy including planning of recruitment activities
• Liasing with and managing relationship with recruitment agencies, job websites, etc.
• Communication with HR manager on recruitment plans, expenditure and timescales
• Advises line management on personnel policy issues
• Recruitment administration , conducting interview, feedback and analysis
• Conducting new hire orientation and on-boarding program
• Responsible for probation appraisal and employment confirmation process
• Assist in other projects as necessary

• Bachelors in HR management or any related
• 5 years’ experience of full cycle recruitment
• Must have in-house corporate recruiting experience
• Understand various candidates attraction channels available
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
• Ability to work under pressure , excellent organizational , coordination skills , multi-tasking and prioritize
• Strong communication skills , coaching skills and relationship building skills
• Excellent computer skills in MS windows environment
• Good command in English
