"• Follow up retails sales department strategy and other activities assigned by leader/ manager I313 achieve sales target
• Follow up project requirement and pipeline
• Regularly visit customers and potential end user
• Communicate with dealer and get feedback from the customer and dealers
• Get requirement from dealers and problem solving
• Have a good cooperation and support both inside and outside related department colleague
• Take part in company activities with full responsibility
• Motivate team to actively follow it.
• Manage and expand channel in upcountry areas to achieve sales target and analyze
• competitor market situation for new marketing plan
• Manage exhibition and event in fully support sales
• Implement /manage special project assigned by sales manager/supervisor
• Provide training with nationwide dealers
