• Responsible for on-site services with technical service team.
• Installing and commissioning machines at customer sites.
• Carrying out machines performance test.
• Trouble shooting and inspecting machines on sites.
• Preparing weekly and monthly claim report, service reports, machines down and machines abnormal reports.
• Planning spare parts stock.
• Training staff and customers on all product lines.

• Strong communication and management skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Able to travel to responsible regions.
• Able to work for 6 days/week (from Monday to Saturday).
