หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide coaching and guidance to more junior team members in pre-sales and
• technical support related work
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers and distributors;
• Review of project specification, pump, material selection and actuator sizing;
• Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements.
• Order review and clarifications
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 0-5 years of relevant experience in the Engineering /Process industries.
• Good pump products technical knowledge/background.
• Resourceful and able to adopt good purchasing practices
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills and initiatives to resolve problems and meet customers’ expectations
• Having strong sense of urgency, good follow-up and analytical skill
• Ability to organize and maintain work procedures in a systematic manner
• Good English communication
