หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and plans to elevate the brand's presence and drive customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, fashion trends, and competitive positioning.
• Define and maintain the brand's positioning, identity, and voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values.
• Establish brand performance, cost and price structure and sales target.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, design, retail operations, and e-commerce, to ensure brand alignment and integration.
• Manage brand partnerships and collaborations, including negotiations, contract management, and activation planning.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Analyse sells by stores to improve weak points and increase stores’ performance.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, influencers, and media.
• Stay updated on fashion industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage insights to drive brand innovation and growth.
• Others tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, fashion merchandising, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or a similar role in the fashion retail industry.
• Deep understanding of fashion retail trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling marketing campaigns and experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and develop data-driven brand strategies.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
• Passion for fashion and a strong aesthetic sense.
