หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

To seek and select eligible suppliers, update supplier database (AVL), perform supplier performance evaluation and built supplier relationship to be partnership.
To negotiate, arrange for tender/ bidding, prepare Award Recommendation and make a deal of annual purchasing contract price.
analyze purchasing spend activity identifying opportunities,domestically and internationally, to aggregate, standardize and minimize costs.
initiate and lead efforts to source products and services, develop supply options and cultivate expertise in a range of product groups.
achieve demonstrable cost savings, so as to deliver value to the organization.
negotiate agreements with vendors that achieve the optimal combination of service, cost, quality and risk mitigation.
lead the development, implementation and improvement of systems to support the procurement process.
identify contracting risk and initiate alternative solutions to+mitigate these risks.
perform competitive bids, collaborate with subject matter experts to develop scope of work, overall business requirements/standards, draft effective request for proposal documents.
supervise specialist and analyst workloads and deliver increased performance of the purchasing team in general.
improve procurement work process to become more effective.

 Qualifications :-

• aged 25 - 30 years old.


• Bachelor's Degree in Industry Engineer, Biomedical Engineer or related field


• Minimum 2 years working experience as a sourcing/purchasing in Hospital/Healthcare Business or experience purchasing in construction.


• Good command of English and computer literacy.


• Positive thinking, pro-active, high responsibility and a team player.
