หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

· Manage stock of materials
· Arrange the material/shop supplies to production
· Responsible for ensuring incoming stock is accurately recorded on the Stock Management System
· Establish & update the relevant Goods In & Dispatch procedures to support accurate system stock control
· Ensure stock pallets/shelves are correctly located within the Stock
· Reconcile stock related queries in a timely manner
· Audit physical stock locations against Stock Management System to ensure accurate records are maintained and available at all times
· Perform monthly Physical Count and submit report to Production Manager
· Responsible for the accurate & timely reporting of stock information
· Ensure stock checks are carried out according to defined company procedures, reconciling variance where appropriate
· Perform Special Projects as assigned
