Handle overall responsibility for all secretarial and administration duty to support Managing Director

Coordinating and Facilitating with all departments to complete the assignment

Screening incoming correspondence and reports

Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement

Performing related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Female age 30-35 years old

Bachelor degree preferred in business administration or any related field

At least 5 years working experience.

Self motivated, high responsibility, energetic, hard working, fast learner, able to work under pressure and an enthusiastic person

Good English communication and interpersonal skills ( especially in writing)

Good Microsoft office skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word
