หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Job Purpose/Objective:
The purpose of the IT Application Support role is verify all Partner data, and upload to CITAS (Sales System), including query data from the system and do analysis report. This role is key in delivering uploaded lead and analysis to support Sales team / Management team.
Reports To: PDS and Lead Management manager
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
• Ensure data load is performed as per schedule with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure all details of data load are logged in the required report.
• Identify related risks and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Follow the agreed architecture, design patterns and the software development methodology.
• To ensure support on routine task, problem solving , issues and adhoc requests are correctly and timely
• To ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices
• Understand both of business part / system logic part and produce the pre-analysis of lead quality
Qualifications / Specific Requirements:
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent field of study and professional experience.
• A Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent field of study and professional experience.
• Knowledge of information systems concepts and terminology
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people verbally and written
• Analysis skill is a must
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities
• Process improvement and measurement skills
• 2 years IT working experience on following areas: SQL,MS Access, MS Excel
• Must have knowledge in Database relationship, Query
• Interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiations
