- Virtual Infrastructure Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Physical Hardware Monitoring / Maintenance (x86 Server, Blade, SAN, NAS, Tape)

- Windows Server Roles Configuring / Managing (AD, DNS, DHCP, CA, WSUS, File)

- Antivirus Server Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (ESET / Symantec, TrendMicro)

- Physical/VM Backup System Managing / Monitoring (Backup Exec, Altaro, Cobian)

- FTP Services Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (IIS, FileZilla, Syncplify.me)

- Internet Gateway Firewall Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (FortiGate, ISA, Cyberoam)

- Log Keeper Managing / Monitoring (FortiAnalyer, FortiCloud, Cyberoam iView)

- VPN Services Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (RRAS, Cyberoam, FortiGate)

- Corporate Wireless Network Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (Cisco, Ubiquti)

- Main Core-Layer Switch Configuring / Managing / Monitoring (Cisco C3xxx, HPE A5xxx)

- Corporate network link monitoring and co-operating with ISP (Intranet & Internet)

- Summary and drawing updated overall Network and Rack Diagram (Quarter update or Major changed).

- Designing and planning system for future customer’s business growth.

- Co-operating with venders or 3rd party when customer‘s IT Manager requested to solving some cases.

- Investigating & planning system changed that might be affected line-of-business system or application.

- Client PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting.

- Clients-side network troubleshooting. (Internet, Shared Folder, etc…)

- Corporate Printer Scanner and Fax devices troubleshooting (Ricoh, FujiXerox, CANON)
