หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Support Brand Manager in field Brand management such as Marketing reporting, competitive reporting and relations-building.
2. Plan budget and manage for the whole operations of the assigned Brand (Brand Management, Store Operational Management, Sale Target, and Merchandising Management)
3. To build brand equity and deliver business objective (Sales, Market Share and Profit)
4. Overall brands performance and activities (omni-channel)
5. Be the point person for the assigned brand (Regional Office, Brand Principal, Key Accounts).
6. Oversee all aspects of Brand Management for profitability and budget achievement
7. Identify & develop innovative business by building SMART Action Plans To build brand equity and deliver business objective (Sales, Market Share and Profit)
8. To prepare monthly report for Brands.
9. To coordinate with contractors/suppliers for counter maintenance.
10. Sale support (setting sale target + create mechanics
11. Facilitate all concern accordingly with third part
12. Responsible for retail sales per door and ensuring corporate goals are met.
13. Collaborate with key retailers in order to ensure both permanent & temporary corporate and brand visibility in key channel
14. Develop all counter personnel on education strategy.
15. Manage/motivate fragrance consultants in executing events to maximize daily business goals, promotional activities and launches.
16. Daily follow up with sales staff to ensure target achievement by day and MTD
17. To prepare monthly report for Brands.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. BBA or MBA in marketing/international business management
2. Male/Female, age 27 years old or above
3. Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience in the cosmetics industry in Thailand
4. Proven track record in Brand management (launching, positioning, upgrading, expanding)
5. New product introduction, channel strategies, managing market mix
6. Strong leadership, high responsibility, result oriented, self-driven, initiative, innovative, energetic, adaptive and able to work under pressure in a cross cultural environment
7. Possessing excellent interpersonal, communication to all levels of people
8. Able to travel abroad and upcountry Own transportation with driver license will be an advantage
9. Have a driver license and own car will be an advantage
10. Excellent command of English
