• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, by the phone and email
• Negotiating agreement terms and closing sales
• Meeting individual and company sales targets
• Researching sources in order to develop new business connections
• Creating sales reports and sending copies to the sales office
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Reviewing sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Negotiating prices, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and managers
