หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:

• Drive cash sales growth through the effective setup, running and management of all retail outlets within a designated area.
• Be able to identify different customer needs and wants and to provide solutions that will ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality customer service for customer satisfaction through optimised processes, giving feedback to country retail team, and conducting retail audit reviews within their specified area.
• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures that will track and monitor adherence and performance
• Training frontline staff in Best-in-Class Retail
• Provide direction and coaching to retail staff, supporting the achievement of revenue targets
• Support country sales & marketing campaigns at Retail point-of-sale
• Ensure effective implementation and running of outlet Catchment Area Marketing Programs to achieve maximum target segment penetration and revenue performance
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and recommend tactics to counter any emerging threats by competitors on both an Area and Local level.
• Schedule visit Client Point of Sales (Service Point, Service Centre and Partnership both Bangkok- Upcountry) to do coaching, revenue monitoring and facility brand checking
• To source the most cost efficient local contractors and suppliers for the proper maintenance of store operations and maintain quality of retail experience
• Management of outsourced suppliers and outsourced staff to ensure effective running and staffing of Retail outlets
• Liaise with country to coordinate and support outlet development and management
• Obtain all necessary information to prepare store scorecard and standardized outlet management process.
• Liaise closely with Operations to ensure pick-up times are met, and all supplies are delivered on time
• Liaise with customer service to resolve any customer issues that may arise.
• Prepare cash reconciliations and ensure proper petty cash maintenance
• Work closely with Sales Training Manager for the training of all frontline staff Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlets in his designated area.
• Maintains the Petty Cash Fund of his designated area and prepare reports for budgeting and tracking purposes.
• Maintain Express Center Cash shipment data
• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between Express Centers country office
• Monitor area performance by implementing a store scorecard sheet.
• Review and analyst the most effective uses of shipment automation and customer take up at Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Implement store hours that is most reflective of the needs of customers and ensure that this is consistently implemented in his given area
• Handle the roistering of store officers and ensure that all frontline staff in his given area has low absenteeism, low in tardiness, is properly groomed at all times.
• Ensure that outlets in his given area all have proper supplies and marketing collaterals.
• Monitor staff performance regularly and conduct training or mentoring to staff as he deem fit.
• Develop and inculcate a high performance service culture within the functional area. Plan, organize and support an efficient and effective team of retail store officers in a given area.
• Manage and infuse a close-knit team spirit.
• Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled team
• Coach and develop strong skills and capabilities of subordinate(s).


Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field of retail sales and area marketing
• Experience in Sales / Sales Process
• High levels of patience
• Highly developed experience in the field of retail sales with demonstrated understanding
of and exposure to all elements of the retail trade and outlet management.
• Team – Player and Proven leadership and influencing skills
• Perseverance to bring issues to logical conclusion
• Sales orientation
• Strong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication skills are
essential
• Knowledge and understanding of the retail trade from a service and sales perspective
• Experience in leading a frontline team is preferred
