หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Management warehouse for the purposes of the company.
- Manages all work activities in the warehouse to meet customer requirement and achieve operational KPI target.
- Management department budget to achieve target.
- Planning storage space within the warehouse to ensure proper performance and optimize space utilization.
- Effectively deploy warehouse resources (people and equipment) to obtain maximum utilization/efficiency.
- Train warehouse staffs for working procedure/instruction and keep monitoring to ensure staffs follow agreed procedure.
- Regularly review procedure/work instruction and initiate improvement activity to improve process's efficiency and quality.
- Lead/guide staff towards continuous improvement culture and seek way to improve operating cost and productivity.
- Promote and maintain company's SAFE culture and other initiatives as assigned by director.
- Troubleshoot issues with subordinates, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of subordinates.
- Support an implementation for new warehouse project/client.

- มีประสบการณ์ การทำงาน ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี เกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้าห้องเย็นหรือคลังสินค้าทั่วไป
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน สามารถสื่อสารโต้ตอบได้อย่างดี
- มีความรู้ด้านการใช้งานด้านอุปกรณ์การทำงานภายในคลังสินค้า
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมพื้นฐานในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านการบริหารการจัดการกระบวนการ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
