- Work under supervision of Executive Bakery Chef or FB Manager .

Qualifications:

·         Male/Female, age 20-35 years 

·         Thai or foreigner nationality bester in Thai

 ·         Bachelor’s degree in any fields, 2-5 years certificate or experiences in bakery & other kind of foods.

 ·         Must have a thorough knowledge of the materials, methods, and equipment direct  used in preparing bakery / pastry

 ·         Requires good communication skills both verbal and written in Thai & English

 ·         Good leadership

 .        Good knowledge in Food Hygiene & stock management or food cost control

 .       Able to plan and control weekly Staff/ Roster

  .      Able to plan and organize Team work force

 .      Very Proactive and positive attitude to work, and demonstrate flexibility 

 .     Able to work under pressure.

 .     Base in Phuket
