1) Visit shop and restaurant / office staff for staff counseling

2) Develop / encourage good working environment and teamwork

3) Orientation for new staff

4) Conduct exist interview

5) Supervise Admin Officer for following tasks

5.1) Handle group insurance (in/out/change plan)

5.2) Handle company car road tax / motor tax

5.3) Apply and renewal excise license

5.4) Apply and renewal sign board tax

5.5) Apply and renewal food license

5.6) Apply telephone/fax/net for new shop/restaurant

5.7) Updated company affidavit letter

5.8) Updated Pop Por 09 (add/delete branch, change business)

5.9) Updated Por Por 06, Por Por 06.1 (add/delete POS)

5.10) Updated Por Por 20 VAT register (add/delete)

5.11) Apply EDC

5.12) Arrange synergy card with TMB

5.13) Updated rental agreement

5.14) Arrange insurance for Shop/Restaurant

5.15) Co-ordinate with agency for expat visa + work permit

Qualifications :-

1) Male – Female, age 30-35 years (Thai only)

2) Bachelor’s Degree in Political science or Economics or any related field

3) 8 years experience in Admin & HR filed

4) Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-mined person

5) Good command in English
