หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct preliminary assessment of current software and perform necessary upgrades to meet new system requirements
• Take responsibility for online and offline support of F&B and Retail Outlets
• Support Bangkok operation in implementation of IT governance and control points
• Support F&B and Retail outlets in area of routers, printers, switches, servers, workstation, windows environment, access points, CCTV, Internet.
• Is willing to learn in detail front of the house business applications such as F&B POS, Retail POS, ERP, Google for Work and Help Desk.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related filed
• Some experience in business application including Retail POS, F&B POS, ERP
• Strong knowledge in network, windows environment and IT hardware
• Must be aware of F&B or Retail Industry and its technological requirements
• Technical knowledge in Windows environment, DNS, CCTV, Network configuration and Outlet hardware
• Analytical & technically skills – ability to understand and solve IT problems
