Regional Container Lines (RCL) started as a Common Feeder Operator, operating its first feeder container ship in 1979 between Bangkok and Singapore. In 1988, RCL was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and has since achieved satisfactory performance and financial returns to shareholders. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Ensure that Architecture and Design are met with the user requirement and align with business and technology strategies.
2. Ensure the development teams follow development architecture by well understanding on software development manual/procedure.
3. Gathering, manage and consolidate the precise requirements from system analysts, business experts and users.
4. Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the program development life cycle
5. Guide the application development team to implement the new software programs including bug fixing and enhancement of existing application.
6. Document a framework for their desired systems analysis approach including responsibilities, techniques, and interfaces to the rest of the organization.
