หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Skill require
Strong Knowledge in installing and configuring Windows 7 OS and Windows 10 OS.
Strong Knowledge in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues (PC and laptop) and software issues (MS Office 2010 and 2016)
Strong Knowledge in components of PC and laptop, and IT device and equipment.
Strong Knowledge in overall IT skills, including hardware, software, and network
Be able to troubleshoot, including investigating and solving the hardware issues, such as IT office device, equipment, and utilities.
Be able to troubleshoot in software, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Have basic knowledge in configuring basic network, including file sharing, switch and router. (Telnet and network commands are preferable)
Have basic knowledge in installing and configuring printer driver, print server.
Be able to troubleshoot in network, including LAN and wi-fi, network device and equipment.
Have a basic knowledge of using multi-function Laser printers and Dot-Matrix printers.
Have a strong service mind to support users via call, remote connection, and onsite.
Have communication skills in Thai for collecting useful information from user and coordinating with other colleagues to solve issues. (English is optional).
Have mindset to learn new skills on new environment.
