Service Delivery Manager ensure the delivery of service to customer within agreed scope, timeline and cost with high customer satisfaction. You will work and create everything from scratch. Pave the way, lead team and mitigate project gap, risks. Adopt the industry guideline and framework with the organization. From time to time, involve with sales and marketing activities to demonstrate the delivery phase and success path. Create a lot of template and documents including responding RFP, RPQ, Project Plan, Project Tracking, Issues, Management Report, etc. Developing new workflows and support processes. Job Description: • Develops and tracks to detailed project plans including schedules, technical and business requirements, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans for the project from initiation through delivery • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in an implementation to insure all customers and vendors are effectively working together, ensure a seamless end-to-end delivery of service for customers • Ensures resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand • Design, create, maintain and manage project over variables of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and people. • Ensures customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, and deliverables • Design, create, maintain and manage the formal project plan and documents for the activities of the project for all phases • Design, create, maintain and manage all project document, deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinates project progress, concerns, risks and issues with all stakeholders • Monitors and focus on deliver service to customer and achieve defined SLA, KPI with high customer satisfaction • Identify problem, root cause and finding solution for incident or request occurred in the project or service delivery • Developing, training, coaching and planning project team member and technical staff to align with the current and future project’s requirements • Independently coaches, mentors and motivates a large, global project team to influence a positive, accountable and collaborative approach. • Ensure the communication of project objectives, progress, monitoring, control, tracking and deliverables to all project team members and stakeholders including business representatives, vendors and engineer. • Profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit. • Develops budget estimates and manages project/ contract to meet revenue and cost projections

Qualification:

• At least 5 Years Experience in deliver IT Services project (in IT project, development, implementation, Service Desk or Technical Support) as a service delivery manager, manager, supervisor, project team member or senior staff level
• Certified or experience in ITSM such ITIL Incident management, IEC/ISO 20000 or other life cycle management technique (Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Service Design, UI design, UX design) is an advantage
• Excellent project management skills (managing multiple, time-sensitive, complex projects)
• Certified or experience in Project Management Framework working environment such PMP/PMO
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Solid understanding of mainstream operating systems, including: Windows enterprise environment
• Solid understanding of network configuration and enterprise peripherals
• Strong skill in IT skills in Hardware, Windows, Office Software, Network and Peripherals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill in both Thai and English language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions.
• Strong written communications skills, with track record of creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, Excel, Word and written officials reports for management level
• Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams

• Experience in working within a fast-paced, complex and dynamic corporate environment
• Good attitude with a willingness to be flexible with work times and location
• Able to work under pressure to multitask with changing priorities
