หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. Create new incident in ITSM tool.
2. Manage and control both incident & request ticket assigned by call center or re-assigned by other Resolver Teams.
3. Manage and control incident /service request met within SLA.
4. Perform an on-call support, on-site & remote desktop/laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support.
5. Perform problem solving activity on PC & software for user.
6. Handel all user’s PC & Software request by aligning to Customer’s standard process.
7. Perform on site support to end user e.g. replace new PC, fix problem of handheld devices.
8. Perform basic software trouble shooting.
9. Responsible for local inventory maintenance.
10. Support emergency case impact to IT infrastructure such as but not limited to Network Link Down, Power Outage, Application Service Down. Coordinate with infrastructure, developer team when necessary.
11. Perform initial troubleshooting prior to escalation to Software Support, Infrastructure Support Team
12. Comply all IT regulations & policies.
13. Perform and maintain proper documentation.
14. Utilize and align support task to Customer’s ITSM tool.
15. Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager.

- At least 2 years’ experience in helpdesk, IT Service & Support or any related fields.
- Can communicate in English is an advantage.
- Hardware/Software troubleshooting, fixing/repair, setup. Service mind.
