หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
* Principle Accountabilities *
* Handle all promotion document concerning to promotion proposal, budget requisition, sales expenses
* Manage channel development operation for product group(s) in assigned Trade Channel(s) to achieve sales with given A&P budget
* Manage distributor on a regular basis ensuring effective execution of Trade Marketing plan and appropriate products’ handling
* Work with distributor to develop competitive advantage at store level
* Work with distributor to strengthen partnership with major trade customers
* Conducting pre-/post analyses of channel promotions, developing a library of performance history, and adjusting business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment for all types of trade / consumer spending
* Taking ownership of developing and coordinating POP process with Marketing including evaluation of deployment results (sales uplift, coverage, etc.)
* Prepare sales deployment to concerning parties
* Review competitors’ strategies and update competitor information
* Feedback NPD performance before and after launch a new product to ensure successful launch
* Regular market visit in Bangkok and up-country to check in-store execution and merchandiser performance including POG and stock availability

* Bachelor or Master's Degree, MBA is preferred
* Sales experience would be an advantage
* Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft office : Excel, Powerpoint, Word
* Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make use of the data from different sources to support business decision
* Possess entrepreneurship mind set with high commitment to deliver against timeline
* Capable of handling multi-faceted tasks and working under pressure.
