* Principle Accountabilities *
* Planning, Developing and Implementing Marketing Plan to obtain optimum efficiency, Economy of Operation and Maximize Profit based on approved budget
* Directing the overall operation of the Brand under its supervision in accordance with business objectives
* Developing and coordinating promotion or / and special event to increase share of market, and obtain competitive position
* Directing and coordinating with the media agency to develop advertising plan in order to enhance brand awareness, share of voice and other media opportunities to promote brand
* Initiating and coordinating research in all marketing related aspects
* Preparing budget annually and creating monthly report, quarterly report & forecasting.

* Bachelor or Master's Degree, MBA is preferred
* Experience at least 3 years in marketing functions, FMCG is preferred
* Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft office : Excel, Powerpoint, Word
* Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make use of the data from different sources to support business decision
* Capable of handling multi-faceted tasks and working under pressure.
