"• Having a responsibility to arrange and support in technical data of company’s products and recommend to customers
• Capacity to present the qualification of each product in technical terms and coordinate with our technical team in solving such problems
• Assisting the customers in technical support matter with trustworthy advice
• Able to recommend and develop technical solutions
• Having an experience in methodologies, provide timely and comprehensive correspondence to the customers
• Having a responsibility to manage and support CAE operation, mold injection, mold design, ability to make analyzing report (Flow & Structural Analysis) by English and can explain report to customer
• Ability to analyze and advise how to solve the problems caused to company’s products or customers’ production. Experience in using some related instruments are preferable "

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer literacy especially in Aiding Engineer program, Microsoft office, e-mail, internet, etc.
• Capable to operate CAE program / or Design program, especial “ Mold Flow”, “Moldex”, “Abraqus”, “NX”, “Auto CAD”, “UG”, “Solid Work”, capable to learning opreation of Merchanical Tester, Injection Molding machine
• Having good skills of development, support and troubleshooting
• Personal maturity, initiative, enthusiastic with outgoing and commercial Personality.
• Knowledge of material property, Mechanical property, Product design, Rheology, Injection Molding process
• Able to work abroad and sometimes working on weekend
• Having a driving license\"
