หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Overall Responsibility:

Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, General Administration, etc.

Main Duties:

Recruitment/Employment
• Contact potential sources for job applicants: internet, newspaper, job placement agencies, educational institutes, etc.
• Preliminary screen & interview candidates
• Check employment documents, conduct reference checks, prepare for employment contracts, etc.
• Orientate new employees & evaluate performance of employees on probation
Training/Development
• Implement training plan/programs, cooperate with concerned units/persons on the issues, evaluate training effectiveness, and keep training records.
Performance Management
• Implement performance management system based on KPI & competency, maintain proper documentation concerned
Employee Relations
• Prepare welfare committee meeting; cooperate with employees to organize E/R activities: New Year Party, Staff Outing; arrange gifts for employees’ birthday, having a new baby, graduation, etc.
Other Responsibilities
• Help maintain & develop company’ quality systems, social responsibility system, keep/prepare personnel statistics & reports, etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

• Age 33 – 38, Bachelor degree in HRM or other faculties
• At least 10 years’ relevant experiences in related HR duties at manufacturing environment with well-established HR systems & ISO certified. 5 year experiences at supervisory level and practical knowledge of labor laws are required.
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, HRIS, etc.
• Able to communicate well in English
