o Rental space expense
• Technical strategies ( Tools, process, KANBAN, Pull system, Milk run)
• Manpower management , Cycle time , Workload and HC
• Operating system barcode system
• Security policy , OM implementation
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery ties and efficiency
• Evaluate the use of inventory tracking technology, Web based warehousing software or intelligent convey systems to maximize warehouse efficiency
• Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to manager.
