"Develop, monitor, implement or drive the implementation of the projects with respect to business plan, new business opportunities, etc. Facilitate the development of business planning, budgeting, and business strategies, as well as manage SAS program and reporting.
• Develop, consider and propose projects according to business plan, result from portfolio management, changing business environment, including new business opportunities / markets
• Resolve problems in operation upon request from various business units
• Facilitate the development of corporate plan as well as functional plans, analyze to ensure the feasibility of propose plan, and conclude business/action plans of approval executives
• Manage SAS reporting and problems - if any, include providing advice and data requirement/ utilization for various proposes, such as consideration on the effectiveness of improvement of service and portfolio etc

"• Male / Female, Age above 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Statistic, Data Management, Information Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years experience in project planning, data mining, information management or analysis data for business strategy planning
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Able to use SAS program in an advanced level
• Experience in Insurance business is preferred
• Banking background in overdue portfolio management experience

"• Group Insurance: OPD 42,000 per year (include Dental Expense)/ IPD programs
• Working time: Mon – Fri (8:30 – 17:00)
• Overtime pay: Provide only for below Assistant Manager and some positions do not have the commission.
• Variable Bonus: Avg. 5-8 months (based on company growth & their performance)
• Other: Company’s provident fund 7.5%, Education allowance (English), Exclusive prices of company product Uniforms.
