About our client:
Our Client is the solutions provider and specialize in providing Smart Business Process Automation & Optimization platforms, experiences for Insurance, Banking and financial service sectors in the global market who have a digital first mindset. Responsibilities;
1. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system
2. Preparation and collection of user’s requirements from various functions, including work flow and business rules
3. Support the implementation of new Life Administration software
4. Understand the role of the system and provides ideas and recommendation regarding the evolution of the system
5. Communicate business issues and suggest appropriate solution
6. Ensure accurate documentation of requirements and up to date
7. Coordinate with project team to prepare test scenarios and perform User Acceptance Test
8. Walkthrough and resolving the problems after implementation.
9. Work under guidance from Project manager in requirement gathering, data analysis, to analyze and design the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
