Position : Technical Recruiter ( IT )
Job Description:
Analyzing and understanding clearly of job requirement from client such as job description,Qualification and other skills
Operation and administration of recruitment & selection process.
Candidates Interviewing and pre-screening CVs
Sourcing the potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, job approaching, and interview arrangement between client and candidate
Advertised the vacancies in a wide range of media like websites
Supporting clients and candidates for salary and benefits offer process and negotiation
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality only
Age between 24-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administrator, IT or any related field
Minimum 3 years experiences in Recruiter or Recruitment Function
Experiences in IT Recruitment Function or Related field will be an advantage
English communicate
